This policy explains what Truckers Journey ("we," "our," "us") collects through truckersjourney.me, including TJ Learn, and what we do with it. Truckers Shield and Fleet Shield apps run on their own sites and may have their own policies.

1. Information we collect

We collect what you choose to give us through our forms:

Seat reservations: your name, email address and the plan or course you are interested in.
Email sign-ups: your email address, an optional first name, and which page or offer you signed up from.
Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, experience level, topics of interest and your message.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. This site does not currently load third-party advertising or analytics scripts. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

2. How we use your information

To process seat reservations and tell you about TJ Learn cohorts, class schedules and launches.
To reply to your messages and questions.
To send the updates you asked for, such as the free blueprint and product announcements.
To improve our courses, tools and content.
To protect the site against spam, misuse and fraud.

3. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site:

Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
Vercel, which hosts the site.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to run the cohort or list you joined, answer your request, and meet legal obligations.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop our emails, at any time through our contact page. Marketing emails also let you unsubscribe.

6. Data security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

Our site and courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
