By using Truckers Journey ("Platform") at truckersjourney.me, including TJ Learn, TJ Learn Dispatch Training and our related content and tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Educational and informational use only

TJ Learn, including dispatch courses, interactive simulators, scenario tools, rate confirmation guides and live training sessions, provides educational content only.

• We do not guarantee earnings, load bookings, business results or employment outcomes.
• Every operational, legal and financial decision in your trucking business is your own responsibility.
• Our materials are not legal, tax, insurance or formal DOT/FMCSA compliance advice. Consult a qualified professional for those.

3. Intellectual property

The training modules, curriculum, graphics, flyers, software, tools and branding on the Platform belong to Truckers Journey. You may not copy, distribute, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

4. Live cohorts and seat reservations

Reserving a seat for an upcoming live cohort (for example, the November 2, 2026 class) places you on the early-access registration list. It is not a purchase. Final seat confirmation, class access and any payment terms will be sent to you by email before the cohort starts. Dates, content and availability may change.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Platform, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, submit false information, or share live-class access with people who have not been enrolled.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truckers Journey is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or our educational tools.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
